You have 365 days\/ 8760 hours \/ 525600 minutes to conquer your goals and tick off some of your bucket list adventures. We want this year to be the year of no regret, the year of fun and laughter; the year of YES I did it. Make it the best year, so when New Years Eve comes around again you can say \u201cI loved this year\u201d.<\/p>

\u00a0Remember you cannot achieve your goals without planning and hard work. Don\u2019t sit around and wait for your dreams to come true. Go out there and get them, nothing is unachievable. Everything that is worth doing takes strength and hard work. We cannot be our best person if we sit and reflect on all the negatives. Tell yourself everyday you got this!<\/p>

We set off on our journey one year ago and it has been hard and tough. One of the best parts of it is hearing from other that we inspire them to get out of their comfort zone and see the world. We have had many personal message thank you for inspiring them to get up a mountain, see the world or just to take more pictures.\u00a0 <\/span>You can be the inspiration that you crave from other people.<\/p>

Why is it the year of the Dragon?<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

The Chinese zodiac has a 12 year cycle, with each year representing a different animal. On each year of born you will be assigned a different animal. The New Year Chinese calendar starts on the 1st<\/sup> of February<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

\u00a0<\/span>If you were born in 1990 you have been assigned the year of the horse, every year it is different 2024 is the year of the Dragon according to the Chinese zodiac astrology; they will get the chance to strive this year. They will be filled with new beginnings and personal development. This will make them stronger then they have ever been before.<\/p>

What is our goal this year?<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

We have three main goals we want to achieve. Visit the dolomites in Italy, grow our business to reach more like minded customers and also raise as much money SANCCOB as possible. We want to thank you for helping us along the way already. Just by you reading this has helped us get one step closer.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/u><\/span><\/strong><\/p>

Chelsea \u2013 <\/strong>\u201cmy fitness has really taken a back seat over the past year, I am aiming to become fit enough again to take on an ultra challenge\u201d<\/em><\/p>

Mike \u2013 <\/em><\/strong>\u201cI want be able to reach the highest mountain in each of the countries we visit\u201d<\/em><\/p>

Who has inspired us this year?<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

You can find us in the mountains a lot, in 2023 we took one some of our hardest and tallest mountains to date. They thrilled us but also scared us at the same time.<\/p>

\u00a0On 27th<\/sup> July 2023 Kristina (Norwegian lady) and Lama (Nepalese man) both completed the worlds tallest mountains. This mission consisted of climbing the worlds 14 highest peaks, each are over 8,000metres tall. Not only did they complete all of them they also did it in record time of 92 days. This beat the previous world record of 6 months by Nims in 2019.<\/p>

The two tallest mountains they completed:<\/strong><\/p>

K2 MT \u2013 Their last mountain in Pakistan (8,611 metres\/ 28,251 ft) completed on the 27th<\/sup> July 2023\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

Everest MT \u2013 The highest mountain (8,845.86 metres\/ 29,029 ft)<\/strong><\/p>

Although climbing K2 or Everest is not on our bucket list anytime soon. It is inspirational and goes to show that you can really do anything you set your mind too<\/p>
