We have some incrediable news that we would love to share with you. The Vigar feeling clothing range is supporting SANCCOB<\/strong>. We have picked this remarkable charity and will be donating profits from our penguin collection to SANCCOB. We are going to be launching the clothing range from the 1 st November 2023<\/strong>. We can\u2019t think of anyone that works harder than this brilliant charity, they rehabilitate sea birds and releases them back into the wild, saving their life.<\/p>

Why we choose SANCCOB?<\/h3>

Chelsea volunteered for SANCCOB for five months back in 2020. It touched her heart how dedicated the staff are to these beautiful creatures. Here she experienced her first ever penguin release and couldn\u2019t help crying as she watched the Penguins entered the water. She was proud of herself and everyone that was involved. Hard work, blood, sweat and tears went into helping each Penguin over those five months.<\/p>

We believe animals should live as free and natural life as possible; releasing penguins back into the wild is commendable. They don\u2019t just save penguins; they also rescue all sea birds from sea gulls to gannets We aim to raise \u00a31000 (R 23,399.00) in 365 days. We will achieve this from our clothing range, donations and charity events. With everyone\u2019s help we think we can do it.<\/p>

Why does SANCCOB need help?<\/strong><\/h3>

Sanccob is a non-profit organisation; every penny they receive is placed back into the charity. The biggest threat to sea birds is oil spills. Sea birds have waterproof feathers but the oil damages their waterproof layer making them no longer waterproof. This causes them to freeze, drown and starve due to not being able to enter the water. SANCCOB rehabilitates between 200-2,000 oiled seabirds each year.<\/p>
